Happy Easter!

I have recently finished a lovely watercolour/goauche of two children playing football at Wimbledon Common!

Don't we wish we could feel the heat again? Hopefully not much longer!

I hope you like this preview of what's to come in my next show in mid May at Wimbledon Art Studios!

Wishing you a happy Easter!

Please save the date! 16-19 May 2013, at Wimbledon Art Studios, Wimbledon Art Studios, Riverside Yard, Riverside Road, SW17 0BB

You will find me at studio 259, Red Studios, Second Floor

40th Birthday and Mother's Day present, All in One!

I had the pleasure to do a bigger version of the guards for a lovely occasion. This time it was a double celebration! Mother's day and 40th Birthday on the same day! Felicidades Marta!
I love it when people give art as presents! Such a great idea!

Movember Guards

Long time since the last update... The exhibition followed with a couple of commissions to do with the guards with a twist. This one is the 'Movember Guards' commissioned by a wife to her husband who had taken part in 2012 in a fundraising event that involved growing a moustache in November to raise money for men's health. This is the charity's web in case you are suddenly interested in knowing more about it: http://uk.movember.com/?home

10 years of making art in London

-->
Recently it hit me, I’ve been 10 years making art in London: over 100 paintings and 50 drawings, over 25 exhibitions; was endorsed by the Prince’s Trust to set myself as a sole trader; 1 prize that involved exhibiting in Berlin; an auction record £7500 to do a portrait of the winning bidder, all money going to The Prince’s Trust; one invite to go to St James’s Palace and have the pleasure to meet Prince Charles. I wonder what is waiting for me in the next 10 years! I hope to still be making art; I wish to have a patron and/or gallery to support me; to take part in interesting exhibitions all over the world and inspire many people with my art!
Thank you for all those who have supported me by buying or just being there!
